Projektbeschreibung
Der EDIH AI5production ist im Nordosten Österreichs angesiedelt und adressiert produzierende KMU und Midcaps in Wien, Oberösterreich und Niederösterreich. Das übergeordnete Ziel des EDIH AI5production ist es, die Industrie 4.0-Reife von KMU und Midcaps in der Region zu konsolidieren und sie in Industrie 5.0-Unternehmen zu überführen, indem alle vier vorgesehenen Servicesäulen eines EDIH angeboten werden. Erreicht wird dies durch das Angebot von Test-before-invest-Infrastruktur und exzellenten Services und Support in den Themenbereichen: Design, Digitale Produktion, Künstliche Intelligenz und Cyber Security. Dies wird durch ein erfahrenes Konsortium ermöglicht. 2 Pilotfabriken stehen an der Spitze: Pilotfabrik 4.0 der TU Wien und LIT Factory der Johannes Kepler Universität Linz. Das gesamte Konsortium besteht aus 5 Kompetenzzentren für Exzellente Technologien, 3 außeruniversitären Forschungseinrichtungen, 3 Universitäten, 2 Industriepartnern, 1 Gründerzentrum und der Plattform Industrie 4.0 Österreich und EIT Manufacturing East. Mit diesem exzellenten Konsortium wird es in den nächsten 3 Jahren möglich sein, ca. 150 KMUs und Mid-Caps mit Test before invest zu unterstützen, 400-500 Unternehmen Trainings anzubieten und Investitionen in 90 Unternehmen auszulösen. AI5production wird den digitalen Reifegrad von ca. 150 österreichischen KMUs und Midcaps deutlich erhöhen.
Abstract
The EDIH AI5production is located in the north-east of Austria and mainly addresses manufacturing SMEs and midcaps in Vienna, Upper Austria and Lower Austria. The overall objective of the EDIH AI5production is to consolidate the Industry 4.0 maturity of SMEs and mid-caps in the Region and transfer them to Industry 5.0 companies by providing all four foreseen service pillars of an EDIH. This will be achieved by offering test before invest infrastructure and excellent services and support in the subject areas: Design, Digital Production, Artificial Intelligence and Cybersecurity. This is possible due to an experienced consortium. 2 pilot factories are at the front: (Pilot Factory 4.0 from TU Wien and LIT Factory of Johannes Kepler University Linz. The whole consortium consists of 5 Competence Centers for Excellent Technologies, 3 Non-university research Organization, 3 Universities, 2 industrial partners, 1 Business incubator and the Platform Industry 4.0 Austria and EIT Manufacturing East. With this excellent consortium it will be possible within the next 3 years to support 150 SMEs and mid-caps with test before invest, to offer trainings to 400-500 companies and trigger private investments in 90 companies. AI5production will significantly increase the digital maturity of 150 Austrian SMEs and mid-caps.
