Projektbeschreibung
Das DREAMS-Projekt untersucht, wie Co-Creation und nutzerzentrierte Shared-Mobilitätsdienste zu barrierefreien, nachhaltigen und integrativen 15-Minuten-Quartieren in urbanen Randlagen in europäischen Städten und Regionen beitragen können. DREAMS wird in sechs Living Labs in ganz Europa forschen: Budapest, Brüssel, München, Paris, Utrecht und Wien. DREAMS wird zunächst eine umfassende und vergleichende Analyse des 15-Minuten Lebensstils in einer Vielzahl von Vorstädten und städtischen Randbezirken mit geringer bis mittlerer Dichte in diesen Regionen liefern. Zweitens zielt DREAMS darauf ab, neue Geschäftsmodelle und Governance-Ansätze für Mobilitätsdienste (einschließlich Mikromobilität, Carsharing, bedarfsgesteuerter Verkehre) und mit Mobilität in Zusammenhang stehenden Aktivitäten in Gebieten mit geringer/mittlerer Dichte zu entwickeln und zu testen, um die Autoabhängigkeit zu verringern. Drittens wird DREAMS Werkzeuge für die Co-Creation von Mobilitätsdiensten und mit Mobilität in Zusammenhang stehenden Aktivitäten in Living Labs am Stadtrand in den sechs Stadtregionen entwickeln und anwenden. Viertens wird DREAMS die die Effekte auf Mobilität, Erreichbarkeit und die weitergehenden gesellschaftlichen Aspekte der neuen Mobilitätsdienste und damit in Zusammenhang stehende Dienstleistungen untersuchen. Zu guter Letzt besteht das letzte Ziel darin, politische Empfehlungen für Wege zur Schaffung einer nachhaltigen und integrativen städtischen Mobilität in 15-Minuten-Quartieren in städtischen Randlagen durch die Nutzung von durch Co-Creation geschaffenen und benutzerzentrierten neuen Mobilitätsdiensten und damit in Zusammenhang stehende Dienstleistungen sowie für neue Governance-Geschäftsmodelle zu geben.
Abstract
The DREAMS project aims to examine how co-created and user-centric shared mobility services can contribute to accessible, sustainable and inclusive 15mC neighbourhoods in urban outskirts in European cities and regions. DREAMS will conduct research in six living labs across Europe: Budapest, Brussels, Munich, Paris, Utrecht and Vienna. DREAMS will firstly provide a comprehensive and comparative analysis of 15mC lifestyles in a variety of low- to mid-density suburban and urban outskirts in these regions. Secondly, DREAMS aims to develop and test new business models and governance frameworks for mobility services (including micromobility, car sharing, demand responsive transport) and activity hubs in low/medium density areas in order to decrease car dependence. Thirdly, DREAMS will develop and apply tools for the co-creation of mobility services and flexible activity hubs in living labs in urban outskirts in the six city regions. Fourthly, DREAMS will examine the mobility, accessibility and wider societal impacts of the new mobility and activity location services. Finally, the last aim is to give policy recommendations on pathways towards creating sustainable and inclusive urban mobility in 15mC neighbourhoods in urban outskirts through the utilisation of co-created and user-centric new mobility services, flexible activity locations and new governance-business models.
