Projektbeschreibung
Das Projekt beinhaltet die im folgenden Antrag beschriebenen Tätigkeiten und Ziele, es wird ein Fokus auf das technische Monitoring (Wärme, Strom, Wasser, Gebäude, etc.) des fertiggestellten umfassend sanierten sozialen Wohnbaus gelegt sowie die Verbreitung bzw. das Upscaling der Ergebnisse durch externe Aufstockung der Projektkosten forciert. Ein weiterer Punkt ist das prozessuale Monitoring, um die bisherigen, laufenden und zukünftigen Abläufe im (geförderten) Wohnbau weiter zu untersuchen und schlüssig darzustellen (Frage: "Wie können angewendete Prozesse bei zukünftigen Quartierssanierungen implementiert werden, welche Strategien, Konzepte und Maßnahmen sind dafür notwendig" ) Zusätzlich fließen Ergebnisse aus Vorgängerprojekten ein, die im Bereich "Mobilität" und im Bereich "Soziales" mit den Ergebnissen des technischen und prozessualen Monitorings verknüpft werden, damit ein umfassendes Bild im Sinne des ursprünglichen Leitbildes entsteht
Abstract
The project includes the activities and objectives described in the following application, a focus on the technical monitoring (heat, electricity, water, buildings, etc.) of the completed comprehensively renovated social housing and the dissemination or upscaling of the results by external increase in project costs forced. Another point is the process-related monitoring, in order to further investigate and conclusively present the previous, current and future processes in (subsidized) housing (question: "How can applied processes be implemented in future neighborhood redevelopments, which strategies, concepts and measures are necessary for this" ). In addition, results from previous projects are incorporated, which are linked in the area of "mobility" and in the area of "social affairs" with the results of the technical and process-related monitoring, so that a comprehensive picture in the sense of the original mission statement is created.
