Projektbeschreibung
Das bundesländerübergreifende DIH-Ost Konsortium bestehend aus fünf FTEI+D Einrichtungen aus Niederösterreich, Wien und dem Burgenland (Fachhochschule St. Pölten, FOTEC in Wr. Neustadt,, IMC Fachhochschule Krems, ABC – Austrian Blockchain Center in Wien, Forschung Burgenland) sowie ecoDigital (mit dem NÖ Haus der Digitalisierung), hat sich zum Ziel gesetzt, die Transformationsfähigkeit der Klein- und Mittelbetriebe (KMU) in Ostösterreich in Richtung digitaler Innovationen zu steigern, sowie deren Transformationsgeschwindigkeit deutlich zu erhöhen.
Das DIH-Ost Konzept baut auf ein ausdifferenziertes Angebot mit einer breiten Palette an technologischen Schwerpunktthemen der einzelnen Knotenpartner wie z.B. Additive Manufacturing (3D-Druck), Blockchain, Cyber Security, AR/VR, oder IoT, ergänzt durch Querschnittsthemen wie Nachaltige Digitale Innovation oder Künstliche Intelligenz, Querschnittservices wie Förderberatung oder Cross-Over Formaten mit anderen Innovation Hubs. Ziele sind Awareness & Bewusstseinsbildung, Weiterbildung & Wissenstransfer sowie die Konzeption und Umsetzung konkreter digitaler Innovationsprojekte, Prototyping digitaler (Open-Source) Services & Produkte und/oder digitaler Workflows mit und in KMU.
Als zentrales Vernetzungsinstrument aber auch zur Nutzung spezieller Infrastruktur wie dem FabLab oder dem Ausstellungsbereich, können die Knotenpartner aber auch alle teilnehmenden Klein- und Mittelunternehmen auf das Haus der Digitalisierung der niederösterreichischen Digitalisierungsoffensive zugreifen.
Durch die Unterstützung der Wirtschaftskammern Niederösterreich, Wien, Burgenland und Oberösterreich (außerhalb des Projektes) sowie der NÖ ecoplus wird die flächendeckende Ansprache einer großen Anzahl an regionalen Klein- und Mittelbetriebe bei der Bewerbung der DIH-Ost Angebote sichergestellt, mittels derer in der ersten Projektphase bereits über 3000 Teilnehmer*innen aus KMU erreicht werden konnten.
Kofinanzierungen des Bundeslandes Niederösterreich sowie in-kind Leistungen der einzelnen Knoten ermöglichen es, die DIH-Ost Angebote für KMU unentgeltlich anzubieten.
Abstract
The cross-state DIH-Ost consortium consisting of five RTDI+D institutions from Lower Austria, Vienna and Burgenland (St. Pölten University of Applied Sciences, FOTEC in Wr. Neustadt, IMC University of Applied Sciences Krems, ABC - Austrian Blockchain Center in Vienna, Forschung Burgenland) as well as ecoDigital (with the Lower Austrian House of Digitization), has set itself the goal of increasing the transformation capability of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in eastern Austria in the direction of digital innovations, as well as significantly increasing their transformation speed.
The DIH-Ost concept builds on a differentiated offering with a broad range of technological focus topics of the individual node partners, such as additive manufacturing (3D printing), Blockchain, cyber security, augmented & virutal reality, IoT or artificial intelligence, supplemented by cross-sectional initiatives such as sustainable digital innovation or articial intelligence, cross-sectional services such as funding consulting or cross-over formats with other Innovation Hubs. Aims are awareness & consciousness raising, training & knowledge transfer as well as the conception and implementation of concrete digital innovation projects, prototyping of digital (open-source) services & products and/or digital workflows with and in SMEs.
As a central networking tool but also for the use of special infrastructure such as the FabLab or the exhibition area, the node partners but also all participating small and medium-sized enterprises can access the House of Digitization of the Lower Austrian Digitization Offensive.
The support of the chambers of commerce of Lower Austria, Vienna, Burgenland and Upper Austria (outside the project) as well as the Lower Austrian ecoplus ensures that a large number of regional small and medium-sized enterprises can be approached to advertise the DIH-Ost offers, by means of which more than 3,000 participants from SMEs could already be reached in the first project phase.
Co-financing from the province of Lower Austria as well as in-kind services of all nodes make it possible to offer the DIH-Ost services for SMEs free of charge.
