klimagerechte und zielgruppentaugliche Mobilitätsdienstleistungen im Wohnumfeld mit Transportrad

Projektbeschreibung

Transporträder sind klimaschonende Verkehrsmittel, die vielfältig eingesetzt werden können und das Potential haben PKW Transport-Fahrten zu ersetzen. Während sie in Großstädten schon zum Straßenbild gehören, sind sie in Kleinstädten und im ländlichen Raum noch wenig etabliert.
Das Projekt HAUSRAD zielt darauf ab Transportrad basierte neue Mobilitätsdienstleistungen (NMDL) - z.B. Produktservices mit neuen Organisations- und Nutzungsstrukturen, über Preismodelle und ergänzende Services - zu konzipieren, die auf die Anforderungen unterschiedlicher Zielgruppen in kleinstädtischen und ländlichen Räumen Rücksicht nehmen und einfach in den Alltag integrierbar sind. Dazu werden Bedürfnisse und Mindsets von (potentiellen) Nutzer:innen erhoben, erstmals auch durch eine österreichweite repräsentative Befragung. Darauf aufbauend werden NMDL ko-konzipiert und ausgewählte Konzepte in zwei Pilotorten, mit Fokus auf das Wohnumfeld (Amstetten und St. Andrä/Wördern) mit Testpersonen auf ihre Tauglichkeit und Effekte überprüft. Auf dieser Basis werden Umsetzungsmodelle für die österreichweite nachhaltige Ausrollung der entwickelten Transportrad basierten NMDL zusammen mit relevanten Stakeholder:innen erarbeitet. Der Innovationsgehalt liegt in der Erschließung neuer Zielgruppen und Räume für das Transportrad, der Fokussierung auf zielgruppenspezfische und Alltagstaugliche Konzipierung von Transportrad basierten NMDL und dem konsequent angewandten co-creation Ansatz.

Abstract

Transport bikes are climate-friendly means of transport that can be used in a variety of ways and have the potential to replace car transport journeys. While they are already part of the street scene in big cities, they are not yet well established in small towns and rural areas. The HAUSRAD project aims to design new mobility services (NMDL) based on transport bikes that take into account the needs of different target groups in small towns and rural areas and can be easily integrated into everyday life. For this purpose, the needs and mindsets of (potential) users will be collected, for the first time also through an Austria-wide representative survey, and concepts for NMDLs will be developed on this basis. Selected NMDL will be tested for their suitability and effects with test persons in two pilot locations with a focus on the residential environment (Amstetten and St. Andrä/Wördern). On this basis, implementation models for the sustainable roll-out of the developed transport bike-based MDL throughout Austria will be developed together with relevant stakeholders. The innovative content lies in the exploitation of new target groups and spaces for the transport bike, the focus on target group-specific and everyday-suitable conception of transport bike-based NMDL and the consistently applied co-creation approach.
