Projektbeschreibung
Ziel des Projekts ist die Sondierung von übertragbaren Sanierungskonzepten als substanzielle Vorarbeit für die Umsetzung von klimafitten Sanierungen in Wien. Die hierfür untersuchten Gebäudeensembles aus dem gemeinnützigen Wohnbau stammen aus unterschiedlichen Bauperioden Wiener Bezirken mit unterschiedlichen sozio-ökonomischen Rahmenbedingungen. Es werden tiefgehende Sanierungspakete entwickelt, die in den realen Gebäudeensembles auf umsetzungswahrscheinliche, klimafitte Gesamtlösungen hin optimiert werden. Die Zielerreichung der Klimaneutralität 2040 von Stadt Wien und Bund ( = „Sanierung klimafit“), die Umsetzbarkeit mit den bestehenden NutzerInnen, der Austausch mit städtischen Stakeholdern sowie die Replizierbarkeit und stehen bei der Konzeptentwicklung im Fokus.
Abstract
The aim of the project is to explore transferrable refurbishment concepts as substantial preparatory work for the implementation of climate-fit refurbishments in Vienna. The building ensembles examined for this come from social housing of different construction periods with different socio-economic framework conditions. In-depth refurbishment packages are developed, which are optimized in the real building ensembles for climate-fit overall solutions that are likely to be implemented. The achievement of the target of climate neutrality 2040 by the City of Vienna and the federal government (= "climate-fit renovation"), the feasibility with the existing users, the exchange with city stakeholders as well as the replicability are the focus of the concept development.
