Projektbeschreibung

Abstract

ANOPSA tests manufactured nanomaterials (MN), basic materials activated with MN for personal protective equipment (PPE) and filter materials (FM) with regard to their effectiveness against the SARS-CoV-2 virus and compares them with conventional PPE and FM that are not activated by such MN will. Antiviral activity has been demonstrated using MN because of its large surface area to volume ratio, surface charge, size and shape, and its specific optical, electronic and other functional properties. In addition, NM-based approaches are a realistic, inexpensive, potentially non-toxic, and biocompatible strategy for controlling the spread of different types of viral infections, particularly SARS-CoV-2 / COVID-19.
