Projektbeschreibung
Das Innovationslabor „Digital findet Stadt“ zielt darauf ab, mittels eines maßgeschneiderten Leistungsportfolios, Innovationen in zwei zentralen Innovationsfeldern – Open BIM und Smart Buildings – zu unterstützen und so den Digitalisierungsgrad und in weiterer Folge die Produktivität der Österreichischen Bau- und Immobilienbranche wesentlich zu steigern.
Durch (1) Zurverfügungstellung von relevanter digitaler Infrastruktur, (2) Innovationsbegleitung von Open BIM-Pilotprojekten und F&E-Vorhaben, (3) zielgerichtete Weiterbildungsmaßnahmen und Knowhow-Transfer, sowie (4) Beratung von geplanten Förderprojekten soll die Wettbewerbsfähigkeit insbesondere von KMU, welche knapp 90% der Player der Österreichischen Bau- und Immobilienbranche ausmachen, gesteigert werden. Aufgebaut wird auf ein breites Netzwerk, welches die sehr inhomogene Branche bestmöglich bauphasen- und gewerke-übergreifend adäquat repräsentiert: v.a. Interessensvertretungen der Unternehmen in den unterschiedlichen Bauphasen, konkrete Projektvorhaben (Open BIM-Pilotprojekte und F&E-Projekte), relevante Forschungseinrichtungen, Wirtschaftsförderorganisationen der Bundesländer, Behördenvertreter, Standardisierungsstellen und bestehende nationale und internationale Initiativen ähnlicher Ausrichtung. So soll Digital findet Stadt alle Innovationsaktivitäten im Bereich Digitalisierung in der Bau- und Immobilienbranche bündeln und Synergieeffekte fördern.
Abstract
The innovation laboratory “Digital findet Stadt" aims to support innovations in two central innovation fields - Open BIM and Smart Buildings - by means of a tailor-made service portfolio and thus significantly increase the degree of digitization and subsequently the productivity of the Austrian construction and real estate industry.
Through (1) provision of relevant digital infrastructure, (2) innovation support for Open BIM pilot projects and R&D projects, (3) targeted advanced training and know-how transfer, and (4) advice on planned funding projects, the competitiveness of SMEs in particular make up almost 90% of the players in the Austrian construction and real estate industry. It is built on a broad network that appropriately represents the inhomogeneous industry across building phases and crafts: e.g. representation of interests of the companies in the different construction phases, practical projects (Open BIM pilot projects and R&D projects), relevant research institutions, business development organizations of the federal states, government officials, standardization bodies and existing national and international initiatives with a similar focus. In this way, the "Digital findet Stadt" will find all innovation activities in the field of digitalization in the construction and real estate industry and promote synergy effects.
