Projektbeschreibung

Die gute und zeitgemäße Organisation von partizipativer Meinungsbildung und Entscheidungsfindung werden im Kontext zukunftsorientierter, agiler Unternehmen und Organisationen immer wichtiger. Bei-spielsweise bei der strategischen Ausrichtung, bei Neupositionierungen, im Rahmen von Stakehol-derdialogen, bei der Umsetzung von Nachhaltigkeitsprogrammen und der Einbindung von Mitarbeiten-den, geht es um
• schnelle und gute Information,
• transparente und kooperative Meinungsbildung sowie
• klare und gut nachvollziehbare Entscheidungen,
in denen die Ressourcen (Wissen, Erfahrungen, Kompetenzen und Einschätzungen) aller Beteiligten gleichermaßen gut genutzt werden sollen. Gut durchgeführte und gemeinsam gefällte Gruppenent-scheidungen führen zu tragfähigen, nachhaltigen und dauerhaft akzeptierten Lösungen. Doch was sind "gute Gruppenentscheidungen"?
Es zeigt sich, dass viele der angewandten Systeme, die auf Mehrheitsentscheidungen aufbauen, zu Pola-risierung und Konflikten führen (die Minderheit unterliegt, Gewinner-Verlierer-Prinzip). Im Kontext von Organisationen bedeuten schlecht abgestimmte Entscheidungen oft Unfrieden, Widerstände, Ängste und Verunsicherungen. Das führt wiederum zu langwierigen Kommunikationsprozessen und kann zum ständigen Aufrollen von Entscheidungen führen.
Es gibt neue und erprobte Verfahren für die partizipative Meinungsbildung und Entscheidungsfindung, die gute Gruppenentscheidungen deutlich besser gelingen lassen, wie beispielsweise das „Systemische Konsensieren“, die „holakratische Organisation“ und die „soziokratische Kreismethode“. Doch zu diesen Verfahren gibt es kaum brauchbare digitale Tools, die den Ansprüchen komplexer Fragestellungen ge-nügen und zusätzlich einfach anwendbar, intuitiv verständlich und optisch ansprechend aufbereitet sind.
Im Projekt VREDE soll erforscht werden, wie ein einfach bedienbares, VISUELLES TOOL für Gruppenent-scheidungen von komplexen Fragestellungen konzipiert und gestaltet werden kann.
Die Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) der Vereinten Nationen enthalten gleich mehrere Ziele, für die gute Gruppenentscheidungen ein zentrales Erfolgsmerkmal darstellen: beispielsweise Geschlechter-gerechtigkeit (5), Menschenwürdiges Arbeiten (8), weniger Ungleichheiten (10). Das in VREDE entwi-ckelte Tool wäre – neben den Vorteilen für Unternehmen und Organisationen – auch ein Beitrag zur gesellschaftlichen Transformation in Richtung der globalen Nachhaltigkeitsziele (SDGs).

Abstract

The good and up-to-date organization of participatory opinion-forming and decision-making is beco-ming increasingly important in the context of future-oriented, agile companies and organizations. For example, in terms of strategic orientation, repositioning, stakeholder dialogue, the implementation of sustainability programs and the involvement of employees
• fast and good information,
• transparent and cooperative opinion formation as well
• clear and easy-to-understand decisions,
in which the resources (knowledge, experience, competences and assessments) of all participants should be used equally well. Well-executed and jointly made group decisions lead to sustainable, sustainable and permanently accepted solutions. But what are "good group decisions"?
It turns out that many of the systems used to make majority decisions lead to polarization and conflict (which is a minority, winner-loser principle). In the context of organizations, poorly coordinated decisi-ons often mean strife, resistance, fear and uncertainty. This in turn leads to lengthy communication processes and can lead to the constant rolling up of decisions.
There are new and proven participatory opinion-making and decision-making processes that make good group decisions much easier, such as "systemic consensus," "the holocratic organization," and the "sociocratic circle method." But there are hardly any usable digital tools for these processes that meet the requirements of complex questions and are additionally easy to use, intuitively understandable and visually appealing.
The project VREDE aims to investigate how an easy-to-use, VISUAL TOOL can be designed and designed for group decisions on complex issues.
The United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) contain several goals for which good group decision-making is a key success factor: for example, gender equality (5), decent work (8), and less ine-quality (10). The tool developed in VREDE would - in addition to the benefits for companies and orga-nizations - also be a contribution to the societal transformation towards global sustainability goals (SDGs).
