Projektbeschreibung

• 350 Online Nachhilfelehrer
• 50 Eltern als Role Models
• Ausstrahlung TV Spot im Herbst 2018
Daraus resultiert ein Monatsumsatz von € 100.000.

Abstract

The prototype is a software platform specified and developed by GoStudent GmbH, which enables students to receive quick and personalized assistance in school. The platform involves all relevant stakeholders in this market: students, students / teachers and parents. Our business model is based on commissions when booking an online video tutoring unit between student and student / teacher.

Our target audience is divided into two categories, which we define and locate through various appropriate channels. The first group is the group of students aged between 10-18, which is primarily addressed through online marketing. The second group are the parents who are also addressed by Online Marketing and TV Advertising.

We distinguish the online marketing measures as followed:
1. Social media influencers: Through cooperation with bloggers and people with a high media/target group penetration on their social media channels (Youtube, Instagram, Facebook), we can address our target group directly.
2. Facebook & Instagram Advertising: Social media advertising by appropriate interest targeting produces more app downloads and new users.
3. Content Marketing: The content of the questions and answers, as well as numerous reports are indexed on Google and are publicly available.
4. TV Advertising: Positive Branding. Cooperation with Pro7-Sat1 Group.
5. Direct Marketing: educational and schooling fairs, cooperation with B2B partners.

The remaining development activities are without technical risk. To successfully enter the market, some small adaptations in the area of UI / UX are needed in order to minimize the risk of leaving users. Even short loading times between two screens bring the risk of a target group loss of 40-50% users. A high performance is our goal.

The target group specific goals are:
• 1000 paying students per month
• 350 online tutors
• 50 parents as role models
• Release of a TV spot in Fall 2018

This results in a monthly turnover of € 100,000.
