Projektbeschreibung
Mit der ÖNORM A 6241-2 wurde 2015 die normative Grundlage für den Austausch modellbasierender Daten im Hoch- und Tiefbau geschaffen. Diese Technologie – international einheitlich Building Information Modeling (kurz BIM) genannt – ist ein wesentlicher Baustein für die Digitalisierung der Bauwirtschaft und hat Auswirkung auf alle Beteiligten bei der Initiierung, Planung, Errichtung und des Betriebs von Bauwerken.
Das Projekt "AMAzE - AutoMAtische Einreichung" zielt auf die automatisierte Vorprüfung und die beschleunigte Abwicklung von BIM-basierenden Projekten. Damit wird die technologische Grundlage geschaffen, einer Bauwerberin / einem Bauwerber künftig einen digitalen Verfahrensweg anzubieten. Ziel des Forschungsprojektes AMAzE ist die
Beseitigung technischer Hemmnisse bei der digitalen Baueinreichung und somit eine deutlich verkürzte Bearbeitungsdauer bei der Implementierung in Gemeinden bzw. Behörden.
Abstract
With ÖNORM A 6241-2, the normative basis for the exchange of model-based data in civil engineering was created in 2015. This technology – internationally known as Building Information Modeling (BIM for short) – is an essential building block for the digitisation of the construction industry and has an impact on all parties involved in the initiation, planning, construction and operation of buildings.
The project “AMAzE - AutoMAtische Eingabe (translation:
automatic application of the building permit)” aims at the automated preliminary examination and the accelerated completion of BIM-based projects. This will create the technological basis for offering a construction applicant a digital process route in the future.
The aim of the research project AMAzE is to eliminate technical obstacles in the digital submission of building applications and thus to shorten the time needed for implementation in municipalities and authorities.
