AALmobi_cargo - das integrierte Crowdlogistik und Shareconomy Service für AAL und Communities

Projektbeschreibung

Betreubares Wohnen (Ambient Assisted Living AAL) hat sich zu einem stark expansiven Segment entwickelt und ermöglicht es älteren aber noch aktiven Menschen möglichst lange selbständig ihren Wohnalltag zu bewältigen.

AAL Communities bilden aber auch ideale Voraussetzungen für Crowdlogistik und Shareconomy: denn damit diese Konzepte auch in der Realität funktionieren können, benötigt man zuerst eine Community bzw. „Crowd“, die zum Sharing bereit ist und gemeinsame Services nutzt. Zugleich kann innerhalb von AAL Communities durch soziale Kooperation und die Förderung aktiver Mobilität unnötiges Verkehrsaufkommen durch intensive Belieferung bzw. Parallelwege vermieden bzw. reduziert werden. Die partizipative Entwicklung gemeinsam mit zwei Test-Communities ist sehr effektiv: einerseits durch die Einbindung einer AAL Community (entsprechend dem Vorgängerprojekt AALmobi) und andererseits durch eine weitere Sharing-Community, die den Crowdlogistik-Fokus um zusätzliche Aspekte erweitert. Der Community-Ansatz hat den Vorteil, dass der AALmobi_cargo Prototyp in der Folge skalier- bzw. adaptierbar ist und später für verschiedenste Communities (Hausgemeinschaften, Büros, Nachbarschaften,...) eingesetzt werden kann. Als PartnerInnen für eine optimale Integration und Funktionalität konnten die Caritas der Erzdiözese Wien (Testumfeld), das junge Lieferservice Unternehmen ZUPER GmbH (Crowdlogistik, Shareconomy) und das Sharingunternehmen Fragnebenan gewonnen werden.

Das Projektziel besteht aufbauend auf dem Forschungsprojekt AALmobi (MdZ, 4.AS) in der erfolgreichen Umsetzung eines integrierten Crowdlogistik Services als Tablet App. AALmobi_cargo unterstützt entsprechend der Shareconomy dabei, gemeinsame private Kapazitäten für Lieferung, Transport und Übergabe von Gegenständen bzw. Einkäufen zu nutzen. Die partizipative Entwicklung erfolgt gemeinsam mit BewohnerInnen der Siedlung „OASE22“, in der die Caritas der Erzdiözese Wien ein betreubares Wohnen Projekt betreibt, und mit einer weiteren bestehenden Community als Testfeld (z.B. fragnebenan, Sargfabrik). AALmobi_cargo integriert einen binären Innovationsansatz:
(1) technologische Innovation: leicht verständliches User Interface für eine Tablet-App, modulare Funktionalitätenplattform (aufbauend auf AALmobi) und Crowdlogistik-Funktionalitäten zur Unterstützung einer aktiven und kooperativen Mobilität im Güterverkehr.
(2) soziale und organisatorische Innovation: umfassende Analyse und partizipative Entwicklung in einem Testfeld; AALmobi geht besonders auf den Aspekt der Motivation zur aktiven Mobilität und Kooperation ein. Im Mittelpunkt stehen die Netzwerkbindung und soziale Inklusion, indem sich die User in ihrer aktiven Mobilität unterstützen, motivieren und mit ergänzenden Services unterstützen.

Abstract

Ambient assisted living (AAL) has been rapidly established within the last years and enables elderly people to cope with their everyday life.

But AAL communities also form the ideal basis for crowd logistics and shareconomy because crowds or communities with efficient communication and the willingness for sharing and cooperative use of services are crucial for these concepts to work properly. Additionally within AAL communities it is easy to reduce the volume of traffic caused by inefficient delivery and uncoordinated mobility by supporting social cooperation and active mobility. The successfully realized research project AALmobi which is a basis for AALmobi_cargo has demonstrated the high efficiency of participatory development in cooperation with AAL communities.

More advantages of the AALmobi_cargo prototype are its scaleability and adaptability and its ability to be deployed within different frameworks and communites. To ensure optimal integration and functionality the AAL operator Caritas, the delivery service start-up Zuper (crowd logistics, shareconomy) and the sharing company Fragnebenan has been acquired as partners for AALmobi_cargo.

The target of the project AALmobi_cargo is the successful implementation of a functional crowd logistics tablet app prototype based on the research project AALmobi (MdZ, 4. AS). AALmobi_cargo supports users in accordance with shareconomy to use their capacities for delivery, shopping and handover in a cooperative way. The participatory development takes place in close cooperation with inhabitants of the Caritas operated AAL project OASE22 and together with additional test fields (fragnebenan, Sargfabrik). AALmobi_cargo integrates a binary innovation concept:

(1) technical innovation: special tablet app interface design; modular platform for functionalities (using the technical basis of AALmobi) and crowd logistics functionalities to support active and cooperative mobility for goods.
(2) social and operational innovation: detailled analysis and participative development within a testfield framework; AALmobi_cargo focuses on the motivation for active and cooperative mobility. Special attention is devoted to users ability for networking and social inclusion by mutual support in their daily mobility needs.
