Innovations- und Digitalisierungshub Ideenreich am Hauptplatz Passail im Naturpark Almenland

Projektbeschreibung

Die Marktgemeinde Passail ist wirtschaftliches Zentrum der Naturparkregion Almenland mit insgesamt 15.000 Einwohnerinnen. Sie möchte sich verstärkt als zukunftsorientierter, innovativer Wirtschaftsraum mit vielen neuen Gründer/innen und engagierten Unternehmen positionieren. Die Gemeinde besitzt direkt am Hauptplatz ein leerstehendes Geschäftslokal mit 400m² und möchte dort ein Zentrum für neue Arbeitsformen und Innovationen etablieren. Auf Initiative der Gemeinde hat sich eine Gruppe von 14 jungen Unternehmer/innen gefunden, die diese Initiative unter dem Namen „Ideenreich“ weitertreiben. Nach vielen Kontakten innerhalb der regionalen Unternehmerschaft ist es gelungen, die VH-Holding als Betreiber eines lokalen Coworking Hub zu gewinnen. Die VH-Holding ist ein renommiertes Unternehmen der Region, hat vor zwei Jahren das größte Gasthaus am Hauptplatz saniert und neu eröffnet und möchte es nun zu einem Hotel ausbauen und mit den Angeboten des neuen Coworking Spaces kombinieren.
In enger Zusammenarbeit mit der Initiative Ideenreich, dem regionalen Unternehmerverein Almenland Wirtschaft und der Marktgemeinde Passail wurde das Konzept für den Innovations- und Digitalisierungshub Ideenreich entwickelt. Ziel ist es, ein Projekt mit Leuchtturmcharakter für die gesamte Oststeiermark und darüber hinaus zu schaffen.
Der Zugang zum Innovationshub Ideenreich wird rund um die Uhr mittels digitalem Zugangssystem möglich sein. Empfangen wird man von einer kreativen Cafe- und Kommunikationszone, an die sich 10 hochwertige Arbeitsplätze in der Coworking Area anschließen. Rechts befinden sich zwei top ausgestatte Seminarräume, die zu einem großen Konferenzraum zusammengeschlossen werden können. Links ist ein Meetingraum. Alle Räume sind mit Videokonferenztechnik und digitalem Smart Board ausgestattet. Im hinteren Teil des Innovation Hub befindet sich die Recreation Area und das Herzstück der Anlage, ein top ausgestattetes Foto, Video und Podcast Studio.
Der Innovations- und Digitalisierungshub Ideenreich wird ein pulsierendes Arbeits- Trainings- und Begegnungszentrum für unterschiedlichste Zielgruppen sein. Er steht kleinen, lokalen Unternehmer/innen als Arbeits- und Innovationsort zur Verfügung, wird aber auch von großen überregionalen Betrieben für Meetings und Retreats genutzt werden. Das Ideenreich wird damit zu einer unkonventionellen Begegnungszone und zu einer Art drittem Ort für lokale und globale Unternehmen und für weitere Ideenträger jedes Geschlechts, jeder Herkunft und jedes Alter. Passail und Almenland konnten bereits viele aufsehenerregende Initiativen zum Erfolg führen. Sie sind entschlossen, auch diese Initiative konsequent und erfolgreich zu verwirklichen

Abstract

The town of Passail is the economic centre of the Almenland nature park region with a total of 15,000 inhabitants. It would like to position itself more strongly as a future-orientated, innovative economic area with many new start-ups and existing companies. The municipality owns a vacant 400m² business premises directly on the main square and would like to establish a centre for new forms of work and innovation there. On the initiative of the municipality, a group of 14 young entrepreneurs have come together to drive this initiative forward under the name "Ideenreich". After many contacts within the regional business community, VH-Holding has been secured as the operator of a local coworking hub. VH-Holding is a renowned company in the region, renovated and reopened the largest inn on the main square two years ago and now wants to develop it into a hotel and combine it with the services offered by the new coworking space.
The concept for the Ideenreich innovation and digitalisation hub was developed in close collaboration with the Ideenreich initiative, the Almenland Wirtschaft regional business association and the town of Passail. The aim is to create a flagship project for the whole of Eastern Styria and beyond.
Access to the Ideenreich innovation hub will be possible around the clock using a digital access system. You will be welcomed by a creative café and communication zone, which is connected to 10 high quality workstations in the coworking area. On the right are two well-equipped seminar rooms that can be combined to form a large conference room. On the left is a meeting room. All rooms are equipped with video conferencing technology and a digital smart board. At the back of the Innovation Hub is the recreation area and the centrepiece of the facility, a well-equipped photo, video and podcast studio.
The Ideenreich innovation and digitalisation hub will be a vibrant work, training and meeting centre for a wide range of target groups. It will be available to small, local entrepreneurs as a place to work and innovate, but will also be used by large national companies for meetings and retreats. The Ideenreich will thus become an unconventional meeting zone and a kind of third place for local and global companies and for other idea carriers of all genders, origins and ages. Passail and Almenland have already been able to lead many sensational initiatives to success. They are determined to realise this initiative consistently and successfully.
