Antisemitismus in der Schule - Perspektiven von Betroffenen und Case Management Strategien

Projektbeschreibung

Das innovative Projekt schließt eine Wissens- und Datenlücke in Hinblick auf Forschung zu Antisemitismusprävention und zu professionellen Reaktionen auf Antisemitismus im schulischen Kontext. Auf Basis einer multimethodischen empirischen Untersuchung von Erfahrungen jüdischer und von Antisemitismus betroffener Schüler*innen im institutionellen Kontext Schule werden von den Projektpartnern des Konsortiums zudem professionelle Handlungsweisen und Case Management Strategien entwickelt und in einer einjährigen Pilotphase mit ausgewählten Partnerschulen erprobt. Nach Ende der Projektlaufzeit steht ein wissenschaftlich fundiertes und im Schulalltag bereits erprobtes Basis-Set an Case Management Strategien für den Schulbereich zur Verfügung. Pädagog*innen, Schulmanager*innen und weitere Stakeholdergruppen erhalten ein Handbuch in Printversion und in elektronischer Form, das auch weiterhin adaptiert werden kann. Eine interaktive Plattform zum laufenden Austausch über Erfahrungen mit den erarbeiteten Case Management Strategien sowie zum Finden neuer Ideen und Verbesserungsvorschläge wird vom Projektkonsortium über das Ende der Projektlaufzeit hinaus weiter betrieben.

Abstract

The innovative project closes a knowledge and data gap with regard to research on anti-Semitism prevention and on professional reactions to anti-Semitism in the school context. On the basis of a multi-method empirical study of the experiences of Jewish students and students affected by anti-Semitism in the institutional context of school, the project partners of the consortium are also developing professional courses of action and case management strategies and testing them in a one-year pilot phase with selected partner schools. At the end of the project's lifecycle, a scientifically sound basic set of case management strategies for schools that has already been tried and tested in everyday school life will be available. Educators, school managers and other stakeholder groups receive a handbook in print version and in electronic form, which can continue to be adapted. An interactive platform for the ongoing exchange of experiences with the developed case management strategies as well as for finding new ideas and suggestions for improvement will be continued by the project consortium beyond the end of the project period.
