Abstract
The R&D&I efforts of Borealis within the IPCEI concentrate on two main pillars: The development of innovative 1) solutions for battery housings and 2) separator films for li-ion batteries with substantially improved performance and safety properties. In both areas an important focus will be set on creating polyolefinic material solution designed for recycling and development of technologies for recycling of battery parts comprising plastic components.
