Projektbeschreibung

Es soll ein innovativer und neuer digitaler Prozess für die aufsuchende, integrative Soziale Arbeit mit verschiedenen Zielgruppen im Sozial- und Gesundheitsbereich entwickelt und nach Abschluss des Projektes den relevanten Akteur*innen im Sozial- und Gesundheitswesen angeboten / vermittelt werden. Innerhalb dieses Prozesses soll es möglich werden, sozial Schwächere bzw. durch die Digitalisierung „exkommunizierte“ Personen (d.h. Personen, die sich in den Problembereichen verschiedener Diversitätsdimensionen finden) zu erreichen und mit zielgruppenspezifischer Information zu versorgen bzw. wieder zur Teilhabe einzuladen, damit „niemand zurückgelassen“ wird. Somit soll der Prozess / das Projekt dazu beitragen, dass während fortschreitender gesellschaftlicher Entwicklung Übergänge so gestaltet werden, dass Menschen Anschluss und Beteiligung finden. Der zu entwickelnde Prozess soll die Etablierung von stabilen sozialen Beziehungen begünstigen, welche anregen, sich an gesellschaftlichen und demokratischen Prozessen zu beteiligen und es professionellen Helfern ermöglicht, diese Teilhabe auch langfristig zu begleiten.
Innerhalb des digital aufsuchenden, integrativen Prozesses soll zusätzliche digitale und soziale Kompetenz an Anwender*innen, Betroffene und verschiedene Steakholder vermittelt werden. Die Entwicklung findet gemeinsam mit den adressierten Zielgruppen im breiten Spektrum der Kontexte und Kientel der Projektpartner*innen statt und soll auch unmittelbar dort schon während des Projektes zur Anwendung kommen.

Abstract

An innovative and new digital process for outreach, integrative social work with different target groups in the social and health sector is to be developed and offered / communicated to the relevant actors in the social and health sector after completion of the project. Within this process it should be possible to reach socially weaker persons or persons "excommunicated" by digitalization (i.e. persons who are found in the problem areas of different diversity dimensions) and to provide them with target group specific information or to invite them to participate again, so that "nobody is left behind". Thus, the process / project should contribute to the fact that during progressive social development transitions are designed in such a way that people find connection and participation. The process to be developed should promote the establishment of stable social relationships that encourage people to participate in social and democratic processes and enable professional helpers to accompany this participation in the long term.
Within the digital outreach inclusive process, additional digital and social literacy will be provided to users, stakeholders and different steakholders. The development will take place together with the addressed target groups in the broad spectrum of contexts and clientele of the project partners and will also be applied directly there during the project.
