Hebammensoftware HEBAMIO - Die erste Software Österreichs, die Gesundheitsdaten im Internet sicher speichert.

Projektbeschreibung

Mit Hebamio können freiberufliche Hebammen ihre Arbeit dokumentieren, verwalten und verrechnen. Die Software speichert sensible Gesundheitsdaten im Internet und verwendet dafür ein eigens erstellte Technologie mit Verschlüsselung. Bei diesem Projekt geht es darum einerseits die Software fertig zu stellen und zu verbessern und andererseits den Kundinnen näher zu bringen und mehr Lizenzen zu verkaufen.
Die Software ist momentan bei rd. 90 Hebammen im Einsatz, das Potential liegt bei rund 800 Hebammen. Die Software ist funktional einsetzbar und wird momentan noch weiter auf die Bedürfnisse der Hebammen optimiert.
Folgende Teile fehlen momentan komplett in der Software und sollen umgesetzt werden:
- Erstellung von Arztbriefen in Schwangerschaft und Wochenbett, sowie Überweisungsscheine, Partogramme bei Hausgeburt, Laborbefunde hochladen
- Verleihliste erstellen, Mietvertrag für Softlaser integrieren, Geburtenbuch
- Einführung eines Urlaubsmodus um Kundinnen an andere Hebammen weiterzugeben
- automatische Berechnung von Distanzen aufgrund Kartenanbietern
- Erstellung aller standesamtlichen Datenblätter für Hausgeburten und nach Möglichkeit elektronische Schnittstelle zu Standesämtern
- elektronische Abrechnung mit dem Hauptverband (hängt vom Hauptverband ab, da es noch keine Schnittstelle gibt)
- Erstellung von umfangreichen Statistikfunktionen für die Hebamme, Verbesserungen zur Verwaltung der Hebammen, Willkommenansicht um alles übersichtlich zu sehen
- Ergänzungen und Verbesserungen im Datenmodell für einzelne Werte und Auswahlfelder

Für die Markteinführung soll es im März eine RoadShow quer durch ganz Österreich geben und Hebamio beim Hebammenkongress (bundesweit) und bei allen Vollversammlungen (pro Bundesland) vorgestellt werden.
Ziel ist es, nach Projektende mind. 300 Nutzerinnen zu haben und die Entwicklung der Software beendet werden kann (Wartung wird immer notwendig sein).

Abstract

With Hebamio the freelance midwives can document their work, also manage and bill it. The software saves sensitive health data in the cloud and uses for this purpose specially created technology with encryption. The project aims are on the one hand to complete the software and to improve it, and on the other hand to present the software in more detail to midwives and to sell more licenses.
The software is currently used by approx. 90 midwives, the potential is around 800 midwives. The software is functionally working and is now being further optimized for the needs of the midwives.
Currently the following parts of the software are completely missing and should be implemented :
- preparation of the doctor’s letters during pregnancy and the puerperium, as well as transfer forms , partograms during home birth ,upload of laboratory findings
- to create the hiring report , to integrate the rental contract for Softlaser , register of births
- implementation of holiday mode in order to pass the female customers to the other midwives
- the automatic calculation of distances on the basis of maps providers
- creation of all kind of civil registry data sheets for home births and if possible electronic interfaces for registry offices
- electronic billing with the social security ( depends on the social security , as there are still no electronic interfaces available)
- creation of extensive statistics functions for the midwife , midwives management optimization, welcome view in order to see everything clearly .
- completion and improvement of data model for single figures and selection boxes
For the market introduction there should take place a RoadShow all over Austria in March, so that Hebamio will be presented at the midwife congress ( nationally ) and at all plenary sessions ( per province ).
The aim is after the project completion to have minimum 300 female users, and the development of the software can be terminated (maintenance will be always necessary).
