Projektbeschreibung
Ziel von transAT ist es, Top-down-Instrumente, Transitionsprozesse und soziale Innovationen in Bezug auf die Energiewende in Österreich zu analysieren, besser zu verstehen und wirksamer zu manchen. Dazu arbeitet transAT Handlungsempfehlungen für den Klimafonds und weitere relevante Akteure aus, wobei hohe Anwendbarkeit durch das praxisnahen Konsortium sichergestellt wird. Die Hauptleistungen von transAT sind: a) Stakeholder-Aktivierung relevanter Akteur*innen aus Politik / Verwaltung, Wirtschaft, Wissenschaft, Zivilgesellschaft und Medien in drei Workshops durch “hosting social innovation”-Methoden; b) Recherche und Erstellung eines Ziele-/Maßnahmensystems (inkl. Leitbild und Landkarte) sowie c) deren Analyse auf Wesentlichkeit, Sensitivität und Wirksamkeit (IOOI); d) Ableitung von Handlungsempfehlungen (10 Maßnahmensteckbriefe) für den Klimafonds als Grundlage für dessen Agenda-Setting; e) die Darstellung der Maßnahmen anhand dreier “Case Studies” auf verschiedenen Handlungsebenen; sowie f) laufende zeitgemäße Dissemination der Ergebnisse (Blog, drei Erklär-Videos, Einbindung Medien, Treffen mit Entscheidungsträger*innen). transAT versteht sich selbst als motivations- und wirkorientieter Motor für die Energiewende.
Abstract
The aim of transAT is to analyze top-down instruments, transition-processes and social innovations in regard to the energy revolution in Austria, to better understand them and to make them more effective. Therefore transAT works out recommendations for action for the Climate and Energy Fund and other relevant actors, whereby high applicability is ensured by the practical orientated consortium. The main deliverables from transAT are: a) stakeholder-activation of relevant actors from politics/administration, economy, science, civil society and media in three workshops with “hosting social innovation”-methods; b) research and preparation of a target system and measures (including mission statement and map) as well as c) their analysis according to materiality, sensitivity and effectiveness (IOOI); d) derivation of recommendations for action (10 fact sheets) for the Climate and Energy Fund as a basis for its agenda-setting; e) the presentation of measures by means of three case studies on different levels of action; as well as f) continual contemporary dissemination of the results (blog, two short videos, involvement of media, meetings with decision-makers). transAT understands itself as motivation- and impact-orientated driver for the energy revolution.
