Projektbeschreibung

Ziel von CRISALIDE ist die Verbesserung der langfristigen Zusammenarbeit im Bereich der Forschung und Innovation zwischen Wissenschaft, Unternehmen (Technologieanbietern) und dem öffentlichen Sektor durch das Design und die Implementierung eines Decision Making Tools.
Die Konsortialpartner aus den Era.Net Rus Plus Partnerländern RU, RO, AT, GR sind qualifizierte Experten (Forscher, Planer und Technologie-Entwickler). Die durchdachte und abgestimmte Workpackage- und Task-Struktur verspricht eine reibungslose Umsetzung des Projekts.
CIRSALIDE wird durch seine Methodik und partizipative Aktivitäten eine stabile Gruppe (Community) von engagierten Interessensgruppen (Stakeholdern) entwickeln, mit dem Ziel der Implementierung von innovativen Entwicklungssystemen (IDS) in vier Bereichen:
• Energie, Umwelt und Klimawandel;
• soziale Innovation und IKT;
• neue und aufkommende Technologien;
• IKT und Kultur und Tourismus, Agrar- und Ernährungswirtschaft, Kulturerbe;
Auf der Grundlage der innovativen Entwicklungssysteme (IDS) können die unterschiedlichen Akteure gemeinsame Interessen sowohl im Business- wie auch im F&E-Bereich finden und weiter entwickeln.
Die IDS bilden die Basis der Online-Kollaborationsplattform „Innovative Decision Making Tool“ (IDMT), die die Nachhaltigkeit des Projekts durch laufende Business-Matching- und Entscheidungsprozesse gewährleistet.
Die wichtigsten erwarteten Ergebnisse des Projektes:
• ein Netzwerk von engagieren Stakeholdern;
• eine effiziente und effektive IDMT-Plattform (Innovative Decision Making Tool) für F&E und Innovation, umfassend sowohl den Business- wie auch den R&D-Bereich.
Die Ergebnisse und Auswirkungen umfassen drei Innovationsdomänen:
• organisatorische Innovation (z.B. neue Nischen für den lokalen, städtischen Privatsektor zur Nutzung und Förderung von F&E)
• Innovationsaktivitäten, politische Aktivitäten zur Stärkung der lokalen und nationalen F&E-Strategien zur FuE und Innovation),
• technologische Innovation und soziale Innovation (verbesserte lokale Identität, Verbesserung des Sozialkapitals, Erhöhung des Klima- und Umweltbewusstseins, Förderung der Bereitschaft der Kommunen für Innovation, verstärkte Sensibilisierung für IKT-Entwicklung zur Verbesserung der lokalen Wirtschaft).

Abstract

CRISALIDE focuses on the enhancement of the long-term collaboration in the field of research and
innovation among researchers, companies (technology providers) and the public sector through the design
and implementation of a Decision Making Tool. The consortium members RU, RO, A, GR from the Era.Net
Rus Plus arena are skilled experts (researchers, planners and technology developers) will ensure through
WP activities the smooth implementation of the project.
CIRSALIDE through its methodology and participatory activities will develop a stable, engaged stakeholder
group, which will assist in the establishment of the innovative development schemes (IDS) in four domain:
energy, environment and climate change;,social innovation and ICT, new and emerging technologie; ICT and
culture and tourism, agri-food, cultural heritage; Based on the IDS schemes stakeholders can match their
business interest with each other and find new partners for R&D activities. Furthermore, the IDSs will be the
basis of the IDMT online collaboration platform, which ensure the sustainability of the project due to the
constant business matching and decision making processes. Major expected results of the project will be a
committed stakeholder network, an efficient and effective IDMT, and the increased number of collaboration in
the field of R&D and innovation. The results and the impacts are organized in three innovation domains:
organizational innovation(such as new niches for local, city-based private sector to boost R&D and
innovation activities, policy impact to reinforce local and national related policies about collaboration in the
field of R&D and innovation) , technological innovation and social innovation (enhanced Local Identity to
improve social capital, increased climate and environmental awareness to favour communities preparedness, increased ICT development awareness to enhance local economics).
