Projektbeschreibung
Nachhaltige Österreichisch-kubanische Kooperationsanbahnungen sowie Technologieanpassungen für eine innovative Demonstrationsanlage für solare Kühlung eines kubanischen Spitals sind wesentliches Ziel des Sondierungsprojekts. Durch österreichischen Technologietransfer und gemeinsame F&E Aktivitäten werden für die technische Planung standardisierte Selektionskriterien und Technologieanpassungen für die Planung (inklusive Monitoring Konzept) entwickelt, um kubanische Anforderungen und Rahmenbedingungen zu entsprechen.
Gemeinsame Entwicklung innovativer Business- und Finanzierungsmodelle für die Demonstrationsanlage für Gespräche und Diskussion mit Finanzierungsinstituten.
Dieses Projekt unterstützt SOLID wesentlich dabei, seine technischen, rechtlichen und finanziellen Risiken für Planung und Anlagenbau in Kuba zu minimieren. Dadurch können Projekte effizient und kostengünstig durchgeführt werden. Darüber hinaus eröffnet es neue Perspektiven in den Bereichen F&E mit neuen Forschungspartnern.
Abstract
The main objectives of this exploratory project are the initiation of sustainable Austrian-Cuban cooperations and technology adoptions for an innovative demonstration plant for solar cooling and hot water for a hospital in Cuba. By transfer of innovative Austrian technology and joint R&D activities, standardized selection criteria and technical adaptations for technical design and engineering (including a monitoring concept) of the demonstration plant, will be developed to meet local requirements and frame conditions in Cuba.
Innovative business models and financing schemes for the demonstration plant will be developed jointly for discussions with donor organisations and financing institutions.
The project will support SOLID to minimize technical, legal and financial risks for engineering and construction work in Cuba which will lead to more cost-efficient projects in Cuba. It will also open new perspectives in terms of RDI activities with new scientific partners.
