Coinimal GmbH ist ein österreichisches Start-up Unternehmen, welches sich auf den Verkauf und Ankauf von Cryptocurrencies wie Bitcoin, Ethereum & Co. spezialisiert hat. Coinimal wurde im November 2014 nach einer langen Planungsphase in Abstimmung mit den zuständigen Behörden gegründet. Die drei Gründungsmitglieder sind Bitcoin Enthusiasten und mussten selbst miterleben, wie mühsam es ist, in der EU Bitcoins zu erwerben. Aus diesem Missstand wurde die Idee für BitPanda entwickelt.

BitPanda.com ist eine voll-automatisierte Plattform für den Kauf und Verkauf von Cryptocurrencies: Sobald die Zahlung bestätigt wurde, werden die Bitcoins & Co. automatisch versandt. Aufgrund dieser Technik ist es uns möglich, unseren Kunden den besten und schnellsten Service zu bieten. Eine Cold Wallet Lösung sorgt für eine branchenweit einzigartige Lösung zur Sicherung von KundInnendaten und –Guthaben.

BitPanda ist bereits europäischer Marktführer im Cryptocoin-Service Bereich. Diese Marktposition wollen wir nutzen um ein eigenes Ecosystem um Bitcoin & Co. aufzubauen. Als Fiat-Crypto Gateway soll somit die Verknüpfung zwischen realer Währung und Cryptocurrencies geschaffen werden und in Folge dessen ein eigenes weltweites Payment-Netzwerk kreiert werden. Zusätzlich werden wir stets neue Services und Kooperationen integrieren. Es wird somit eine All-In-One Plattform mit eigenem Payment-System (ähnlich wie PayPal) und einer Anbindung zum weltweiten eCommerce Netz geschaffen. Wir wollen eine Art Coinbase+ werden in Europa mit mehr Funktionen und zudem einen Hub für das weltweite Remittance-System schaffen um somit auch veraltete und teure Services wie Western Union ablösen.

Bei der Markteinführung unserer BitPanda 2.0 Plattform setzen wir auf zielgruppenspezifisches Online Marketing sowie die Multiplikatorwirkung unseres BitPanda Business PlugIns, mit dem wir Webshops den Zugang zu Cryptowährungen als Zahlungsmittel ermöglichen.

Insgesamt sollen so 1 Mio. Customer gewonnen werden, mit denen BitPanda Ende 2018 ein Transaktionensaktionsvolumen von rund 160 Mio. EUR erreicht. Das entspricht einem erzielten Marktanteil von 2,99% gemessen an dem weltweiten Volumen an gehandelten Cryptowährungen.

Darüber hinaus sollen zahlreiche Features rund um die bestehende Plattform entwickelt werden, um ein BitPanda Ökosystem zu schaffen, indem unsere KundInnen einfach und effizient Transaktionen mit Cryptocurrencies abwickeln können.

Abstract

Coinimal GmbH is an Austrian start-up company specializing in the sale and purchase of Cryptocurrencies such as Bitcoin, Ethereum & Co. Coinimal was founded in November 2014 after a long planning phase in consultation with the competent authorities. The three founders are Bitcoin enthusiasts and had to witness how hard it is to acquire Bitcoins in the EU. The idea for BitPanda was developed from this maladministration.

BitPanda.com is a fully-automated platform for the purchase and sale of Cryptocurrencies: Once the payment has been confirmed, Bitcoins & Co. will be automatically sent. This technology allows us to offer our customers the best and fastest service possible. A Cold Wallet solution provides a unique solution to secure customer data and credit.

BitPanda is already the European market leader in the Cryptocoin service sector. We want to use this market position to create an own ecosystem to build Bitcoin & Co.. As a Fiat Crypto gateway, the link between real currency and Cryptocurrencies is to be created and consequently a separate global payment network is to be created. In addition, we will always integrate new services and cooperations. Thus, an all-in-one platform with its own payment system (similar to PayPal) and a connection to the worldwide eCommerce network is created. We want to create a kind of Coinbase + in Europe with more features and a hub for the global remittance system, thus also replacing outdated and expensive services such as Western Union.

During the launch of our BitPanda 2.0 platform, we rely on target-group-specific online marketing as well as the multiplier effect of our BitPanda Business PlugIn, which enables us to access crypto-payment as a means of payment.

A total of 1 million customers are to be acquired, with which BitPanda reaches a transaction volume of around 160 million by the end of 2018. This corresponds to a market share of 2.99% as measured by the worldwide volume of traded cryptos.

In addition, numerous features will be developed around the existing platform to create a BitPanda ecosystem by enabling our customers to easily and efficiently process transactions with Cryptocurrencies.
