Projektbeschreibung
Der Fokus des beantragten MobiLab OÖ liegt auf der Beweglichkeit von Personen und Gütern und adressiert jene Verkehrsströme, die vor allem durch wirtschaftliches Handeln induziert werden. Angesichts der Vielzahl der Akteure und der Komplexität des Zusammenspiels der Einflussvariablen braucht es für Innovation ein Vorgehen, die viele Dimensionen in den Diskurs einbinden können, insbesondere zur Verknüpfung von Wirtschaft und öffentlichem Raum und zum direkten Einbezug der BürgerInnen. Das MobiLab OÖ verfolgt die Philosophie, dass Innovation nicht immer nur Technologie sondern auch die intelligente Verknüpfung von Sozialem und Organisatorischem ist. Das MobiLab OÖ ist ein nutzerzentriertes, multidisziplinäres Innovationslabor, das über einen starken Bezug zur realen Welt verfügt. Mit Hilfe eines modularen, mobilen Innovationsraumes werden gesellschaftliche und unternehmerische Prozesse und Dynamiken erfasst und neue Ideen mit ergebnisoffener Herangehensweise getestet und analysiert. Auf Basis dieser Erkenntnisse werden schließlich nachhaltige Mobilitätslösungen für den urbanen Raum entwickelt und somit gesellschaftliche und strukturelle Transformationsprozesse in den Innovationsfeldern „Letzte Meile“ und „Privat-öffentliche Mobilitätsservices“ angestrebt.
Abstract
The MobiLab OÖ (Mobility Laboratory Upper Austria) focusses on the movement of persons and goods, particularly those traffic stream that are induced by economic activities. Due to the variety of actors involved and the complexity of the interaction of variables, an innovation approach is needed that can include all dimensions, that can in particular create a connection between enterprises and public space as well as with the public. The MobiLab OÖ is based on the assumption that innovation is not just new technology, but needs to connect technology with social and organizational matters in an intelligent way. The MobLab OÖ is a user-centered, multi-disciplinary innovation lab with strong relation to the real world. By means of a modular, mobile innovation room, both societal and economic processes and dynamics are analyzed and new ideas are tested in an open way. Based on such insights, sustainable mobility solutions can developed for the urban space, thus initiating societal and structural transformation in the innovation fields `last mile´ and `private-public mobility services´.
