Projektbeschreibung
Auf Basis der Ergebnisse der Sondierungsstudie „BaKuRo“ (Kupplungsroboter für Verschiebebahnhöfe) soll ein Demonstrator zur weitgehenden Automatisierung des Entkupplungsprozesses für die Schraubenkupplung entwickelt werden. Der Demonstratorteil für das „Langmachen“ (Aufschrauben der Kupplung und ergänzende Arbeiten) soll im Labor aufgebaut und der Demonstrator für das eigentliche Entkuppeln soll im Labor und zusätzlich unter realen Testbedingungen in einem Verschiebebahnhof aufgebaut und validiert werden.
Abstract
Based on the results of the feasibility study “BaKuRo” (coupling robot for marshalling yards) a breadboard for the automatisation of the uncoupling process of the European standard coupling shall be developed. There will be, in fact, two different breadboards; one breadboard, which will undergo testing in the lab, shall open the brake hoses and unscrew of the coupling. The second breadboard shall perform the uncoupling itself by levering the hook. This breadboard shall be tested in an enhanced lab environment using real trains in a gravity marshalling yard.
